Paul took his first EMT course in 1974 and worked his way thru college as an EMT. With over 35 years of volunteer EMS and disaster response Paul has been a member of the LAFD CERT team for 9 years and is the Valley Bureau CERT Coordinator overseeing the CERT volunteers in 5 battalions.
